10 Minute Recipe

Or how to trick your craving potato chips!

So all of my friends were begging me lately to share my 'famous' 10 minute recipe! I am crazy about potato chips which is not only horrible for my weight but also pretty unhealthy! That's why I've been trying to find a way to trick my salt cravings in a more healthy way! That's when I tried this 10 minutes eggplant and zucchini recipe for the first time, which saved me ever since! I make this recipe at every movie night and it's always a hit! So if you want to trick your potato chips, salt craving, try this recipe and tell me if you liked it!

  

Ingredients

1 Eggplant 

3 tablespoons Olive Oil 

Salt and Pepper 

Optional:

Different types of herbs and spices like

fresh Rosemary, Parsley or Thyme

Or also try garlic powder, Italian seasoning or Parmesan cheese!

 

How it's made

1. Cut eggplant into 1 inch chunks. Cut out baking paper and place on a plate. 

2. put eggplant on the plate and cook them in microwave on high heat for about 6 minutes.

3. Let them rest for about 1 minute without opening the microwave. RETURN TO MICROWAVE ON HIGH HEAT FOR ABOUT 1-2 MINUTES UNTIL THEY ARE FULLY COOKED. THIS CAN BE ALSO DONE WITH ZUCCHINI! ENJOY!
